We are a small in house breeder located in North Vernon, Indiana. Our journey started with the first Shih Tzu that we purchased, a male named Petrie. We absolutely fell in love with this breed. He was so loving, caring, sweet, energetic, but lazy and cuddly at the same time. We were so in love we added two females to our family, named Lacy Mae and Zoe JoLynne. We fell in love with this breed when my little grandson desperately wanted a puppy, but was told he could not have one because he was diagnosed with asthma.
So we did some researching and educated ourselves, and found that the Shih Tzu breed is hypoallergenic; they do not shed or have pet dander. We were thrilled.
So, we got a shih tzu puppy for my grandson and had no idea just how much we would fall in love with this amazing breed because they have such wonderful personalities, so we purchased 2 more.
Our shih tzu puppies have brought such love and completeness to our family that we wanted to share this with others.
That is why our little home hobby breeding is called PLZ, after our little ones; Petrie, Lacy-Mae, and Zoe, whom we love with all our hearts and, of course, we spoil them to our heart’s desire!
